Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your help in transporting my mare, Jolena Lark, from Leatherwood Stables in Ferguson, NC to the Old Yella Dog Ranch in Vya, Nevada. She was on the road for 5 days and arrived safe and sound. Robin was great and gave me daily progress reports. That really helped alleviate some of my anxiety. My colt arrived this afternoon and I must tell you that you have once again sent my precious cargo with the greatest haulers I could ask for. Thane and Tony Butterfield of Diamond/B Horse Transport did an outstanding job delivering my yearling colt in top condition in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable charge. Their handling of the colt showed genuine concern and real expertise. Hi, I am horseman from rural northern california. I live in an area where most haulers are not able to go because of the access highways being under length restrictions that are shorter than their trailers. This presents a problem for anyone wishin to have a horse hauled long distance. I needed a horse brought here from central Oregon and was having no luck with the large haulers because of the above reasons. I emailed Gary and within two days he had a hauling option lined up so fast I wasn't sure he had heard me right. It worked out wonderfully and was timely as could be. We had only hoped that we could find a company that had true professionalism, and with that being said, knew we had to write this. This is Donna Hakanson we had our 2 year old Rocky Mountain horse shipped from Englewood Tn to Cocoa Fl. The man that hauled him did a great job. He had a little bit of trailer trouble but a few days later after we waited patiently we had him at our home. He got to get in and out of the trailer about 5 times when he was hauled. If I need another horse hauled I will be calling upon him again. He stayed in contact with us or the man Kenny that we bought the horse from.

This is Debra Howard in Colorado Springs, CO. I just wanted to let you know how thrilled I was to receive my mule today. Daisy was delivered by the Trammel Dee's family from Florida. They were the most expert transporters I've ever dealt with. Not only did they call me several times a day to give me an update, they took her out every night and brushed her and let her run around to stretch, and when she came out of the trailer she did not even have a stitch of dirt on her. She was well groomed and not even a tail rub on her from being in a trailer for days without being taken out like a lot
of BIG transporters I've have used. I will not hesitate to use them or your services again. I welcome anybody that would like to call me for a reference on the Dee's...

I wanted to let you know that both Lorry (the gal whom Miranda was delivered to) and myself were very pleased with the wonderful care Duane Holder and Susan gave to Miranda on her very first trailer ride. Miranda gave us a little problem initially with being afraid to load but Duane was very understanding and caring. He offered suggestions and helped us.
I also want to let you know, I had overpaid Susan by $100 but she didn't hesitate to correct my error and return this to me. There are not many people these days that possess such qualities.
To say the least, we would certainly utilize and promote your services in the future. You did a fabulous job at finding a very reputable hauler that didn't cost us a small fortune.

I want to say Thank You for all your efforts in finding my filly a ride to Ocala, FL. I want you to know how pleased Formula One Farms is with McLemore's Transport. The McLemore's did a great job. Our filly traveled from north of Spokane, WA to Ocala, FL and was treated like royalty! I got daily reports of how she was doing and that really made us feel good about having a transporter take her such a long distance. We have never used an outside company before, but we will be happy to have the McLemore's transport any horse of ours in the future!

I just wanted to drop you a note of thanks. The ride you arranged for my filly was terrific. Bill Cannon picked her up right when he said he would. My trainer on this end said that Bill was a real horseman and that she was in good hands. He also mentioned that Bill's equipment was new and clean. Bill's wife kept me apprised of the progress during the trip and Bill delivered the filly at the prearranged time. My trainer in Utah said the filly came off the trailer in good shape. Again when they arrived both the horse and the equipment were clean and in good shape. I would certainly recommend Bill and Candace Cannon to anyone who needs transportation services.

We just wanted to let you know that everything went great with our horse on his trip. Thank you for coming through for us at the last minute. We have never used a hauler before and have heard horror stories. We were a little nervous about the whole thing, especially after we had someone already scheduled and backed out less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup. The hauler that you scheduled for us, Tom Whitecloud, was awesome. They stayed in contact with us throughout the trip, letting us know how our horse was doing at the different rest area and was here when he said he'd be here. I recomend Mitchell's horse hauling service to anyone who wants a personal hauler. Gary got me in touch with Tammy Mendonca, who hauled my mustang mare and burro. Tammy went above and beyond anything I can imagaine. I would recommed her and Gary to people who want the best for the animals. Tammy was a wonderful person when every thing was not going at all smooth. It took 2 hours to get my mare loaded but she stuck to it. We came to find out where my animals were going, her trailer and truck had issues fitting up the road. So she walked them up to their pen. My family who was there waiting for Tammy, was impressed (so was I) She beyond went the distances for just any type of hauler, I know that if i need any more hauling done. I will 100% go through Gary to book Tammy.

The service we received from Keith Malbaurn was outstanding. He delivered our animals door to door. He even arranged to drive them later in the day, as the heat was excessive the day of travel. I was following him during our move, and Keith stopped to check on the animals, every couple of hours, and had plenty of water on hand to give them.
When we arrived at our destination in the early morning hours, he stayed with the animals until the morning, while sleeping in his cab, to be sure that they were safely led to their new pasture during daylight.
He usually carries horses, but our goats and lama traveled in style in his 5 horse trailer. His driving skills are excellent too. He can handle that trailer expertly.
I would not hesitate to use his services again. Regards,

Cindy and Gary Thorsen delivered my little mustang filly, fresh off the open plains of North Dakota in great shape. They called and requested to deliver early due to the extreme heat we were experiencing. They increased their stops to make sure all the horses were staying hydrated, etc. When they arrived, Gary accomodated our narrow drive with handy driving skills and determination, making unloading our un halter trained youngster a breeze. In my phone conversations with Cindy I could hear her concern for the horses. I really appreciate their great service and will look them up first next time I need distance transport services!

My husband and I are moving to Puerto Rico and we took our two horses with us from Mississippi. I had a very hard time trying to get reliable transportation from Mississippi to Ocala, FL where the horses are to be shipped to San Juan. Time was running out as THE deadline was Sat., 3/19/05 for us to be packed up and moved.
I contacted Gary Mitchell and he put me in touch with Charles James who provided transoprtation for our two horses to Ocala, FL. I highly recommend Charles James for your horse transportation. Our mare was NOT easy to load, as she had not been in a trailer in 4 years. Mr. James got her load without a big fuss. Mr. James solved our transporation dilemma in a very professional and knowledgeable way.

Rusty Burkett was wonderful and my gelding showed up none the

1-17-05 Gary, I would like to express my thanks in the expeditious response on getting my mare, Bonitas Somebody, shipped to the DLR ranch. I had confirmed shipping by another carrier that backed out at the last minute due to the snow conditions that we have experienced in Nevada this year. Regardless of my problems with another carrier, I had issues in trying to get this mare to Texas before she foaled, I have a breeding to High Brow Cat that would have had to been cancelled due to the lack of response of the other carrier. Want to let you know that Justin and his girlfriend did a fine job of bringing my new stallion, blast to me. Not only did they have to cross the Rocky Mountains in near blizzard conditions, but they took excellent care of the horse.
This young couple obviously KNEW horses (something not always found with the big outfits), but they went above and beyond.
After unloading the horse, and being paid, they stayed to help us with frozen water buckets in the middle of a sub zero night....and they had just been driving all night and day! Have you ever even heard of such a thing? Again..thank you All!!!!!

- the pony arrived safely. She came out of the trailer with a large red bow and bells - a beautiful sight. Thank you for arranging the hauling. The Hicklings were wonderful and did a great job. The pony was in super shape even after a five day journey. Apparently, crossing the border can be rather traumatic - they know all of the ins and outs to make the crossing as pain free as possible. I would definitely use them in the future.

I contacted Zeigler Transport thru your service a few months ago and asked them if they would transport some horses for me. I have never used this type of service before so I was nervous. Zeigler told
me not to worry the horses would get here in good shape. Mr. Zeigler kept me informed during the trip. When the horses got here they were in perfect shape bright eyed and looked like they were just transported across town not across the country. He helped me put the horses in there stalls . Thanks again for a great job.. I would with out hesitation recommend your service and him to anyone.

Our transporter, Adam Geertz called about 10 am , arrived about noon and left with the horses at 12:45, His truck and trailer was not new but looked adequate for the job. Mr.Geertz was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. All in all I'm quite satisfied at this end of this horse hauling venture. I dont do this often and do not have plans to do this in the future but if I ever have the need to do so I will be sure to contact you again.

The 2 Arabian mares from Lela Bond in California to Valleywood Farm , Valley City, Ohio. arrived in excellent condition.
Melinda Rimel of Running Horse Transport did a superior job in bringing the mares here. They were in touch with us the
entire way. She even managed to get a very long trailer into our drive and courtyard with no problems. We would be delighted to

and I was very pleased. Excellent rig, was always
reachable by cell phone, and the horse arrived in great condition.
The transporter stopped often and made sure the horse had water and food. My transporter was a very nice person and even made a follow up call for my horse.

! Filly named for Transporter! This is a good story! Hi Gary and Jane, 4/28/04 You must have tons of testimonials stating all the wonders of your haulers, but none like mine. I can understand that no one would want an experience like Joe Thomas's either. I have hauled my own horses, miles, and would never want to have a birth in a trailer, at a truck stop in Rawlins,Wyoming, or anywhere else for the matter. I am always glad to get from point A to point B, with a noneventful, safe trip. Joe was very professional about the whole trip. He phoned to let me know where he was, and how it was going from the start. I was relieved that he was communicating with me about this wonderful mare I had purchased, sight unseen. Next thing I knew was Joe Thomas was calling me to say I had just had a NEW FILLY BORN! In Rawlins, WY , at the Flying J truck stop, at some terrible hour of the wee early morning. He assured me that the baby & mare were fine. He let me know she was eating and drinking and the foal was sucking. What a relief...I couldn't have done better myself. Later that morning we talked and had made a "plan A", if all things looked fabulous, and developed a "plan B", incase we needed to short trip the mare and foal and make other arrangements. Joe was very professional about the whole change in his trip, and in his honor, I am naming the foal, "Joe-T". A little filly with a big story. Thanks Joe, you did a fabulous job! I wanted to let you know how well my transport went with Bill and Candi Cannon of Rose Creek Farm. They were so personable and reliable that I felt comfortable with them from the beginning. Bill and Candi were WONDERFUL! Bill gave me new insight into the two horses I'd purchased sight unseen and was gentle and very patient with them. He even stayed with me a little while to discuss their personalities. Thanks Bill! Candi was easily accessible any time I needed to talk with her, and I could tell both were experienced horsemen.
As you know, I had a bad experience trying to find good transport for my horses, and someone suggested that I give you a call. I am sooooo glad I did! When you referred me to Bill and Candi, my first question to you was, "Are they dependable and knowledgeable?" 02/06/04 Hi Gary, I highly recommend your service and the transporter you chose. They kept in good contact and were very easy to work with. They planned ahead and even left for MD a day earlier then planned due to a coming storm. It was a good thing because the day after my horse was picked up in Tennessee they had heavy rains and flooding. The day after my horse was delivered in MD, we had an ice storm and major flooding. My horse arrived in great shape and not stressed by the trip.
